I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when .......
Hey its a week before Easter, and next Saturday I leave for a small four day vacation to the beautiful, scenic San Francisco! This was one of those last minute trips that me and my buddy Mike planned just a couple of weeks ago. San Francisco won because a) I handn't been there before b) we got pretty cheap plane tickets. So there you have it, my secret behind planning trips. We're staying downtown and so far the list includes the normal, Alcatraz, Fishermans Wharf, Golden Gate, etc. We're going to try to do most of it relying on public transportation so that should be interesting. Will catch the Oakland A's one day, and the day we leave, we are planning on renting a car and heading on up to wine country, before we take the red eye back on Tuesday night and hopefully head into work on Wednesday morning.
Was doing some web browsing this afternoon and came across an item I couldn't resist purchasing. The Omni by Sumo Lounge. Its basically a huge bean bag, but modernized. Anne you're going to have to figure out how to incorporate this into my house once I hire you on. I'll let you all know how it works out, but from the reviews and pictures it looks really comfortable, and I've been looking for a decent oversized bean bag for a while now. I'm also hoping this may help in the babe department, because from the pictures I didn't see one unattractive person using this thing.
Tried doing my first physical activity this week after straining my calf muscle 2 weeks ago. Lets just say things didn't go so well. I was ok as long as I didn't run at full speed, but lets just say I'm back to a slight limp and probably set back the healing process a week or two. I also got to ride in a new 2007 Suburban this weekend. These trucks are selling very well right now, and I believe this one goes on sale in the next month. Pretty much the future of GM depends on these things. Its funny that we're coming out with redesigned trucks in a year when everybody is starting to worry about fuel economy, but if you're looking for a SUV, I believe we offer the best product out there.
Happy Easter!
